Shipping and handling costs indicated on this site are approximate.  If a situation arises where these costs are high then indicated, we will notify the customer and request specific authorization to charge the higher price necessary to send the products ordered. In some cases where free shipping applies, there might be shipping charges based on the size of the package.

When you place your order there is a possibility that the item may be shipped out almost immediately.  If you wish to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible and if the item has not shipped we will be happy to cancel the order for you.  If the item has already shipped we regret that we will be unable to cancel the order and you will need to refer to our return policy.  If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by phone or email (sales@babytosenior.ca)

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Even if the purchase qualified for free shipping, the customer will be charged for all shipping costs.Baby to Senior reserves the right to makes changes to terms & conditions of sale at any time, any changes will be posted on this page

Please be advised that the method of shipment for orders that are considered free shipping will be shipped ground and the cheapest rate.

Please be advised that next day shipping only applies to Canadian addresses.

Please be advised that shipping cannot be guaranteed if delay is caused by "ACT OF GOD" (example: weather conditions, earthquakes, flood, airport and road closers due to storms, etc)

In some cases there is additional shipping fees/costs due to the location or oversized package.

Extra shipping charges may apply to US addresses.

Any orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next business day.

RETURN POLICY:


Our staff ensures that your purchase is satisfactory. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within ten (10) days after you received the product, we will accept returns for exchange or store credit only, less shipping and handling charges if the product is in new and resaleable condition. We are

not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us. You must obtain a return number by e-mailing your request to sales@babytosenior.ca and stating the reason for the return. We do not pay for return shipping charges and do not accept merchandise returned without the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) (REQUIRED FOR ALL SHIPMENTS).


For any orders that are "LOCAL STORE PICKUP" no refund will be made after 14 days if you decide not to pick up your order.  You will receive a store credit only.

If you receive an item that you believe to be defective, where possible, please refer to the Manufacturer’s warranty that is included in the product packaging.  In most cases you can obtain any help you need by contacting the Manufacturer directly.  If you still require assistance with the item, or if there is no warranty information included with your product, please contact us.
