MADE IN CANADA. You are looking at a BRAND NEW "Boot Saver Straps with Clips". It is hand-crafted, made of elastic material . They come in a pair of 2! They clip around and under the shoe/boot, attaching at the end of the pant legs to secure the shoe/boot.

 It is about 5 inches long from end to end, and 7 inches including the clips
