Hot and cold gel pad flexible therapy:

• Allows you to continue hot and cold therapy at home, office, or way accomplishing a more speedy recovery.
• Simply remove gel pad from semi-rigid plastic portion of the support and place in freezer or a microwave oven.
• Gel pad reaches maximum cold point within one hour.
• When heating simply put on low for 20 second intervals until desired temperature is obtained.

Care:

• Prior to laundering, remove metal splint from its casing and fasten all hook and pile.
• Machine wash garment using cold water, gently cycle and a mild detergent.
• Blot with a towel to remove excess moisture(do not wring).
• Air dry away from heat and sunlight.
• Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
• Do not use fabric softeners or bleach.
