Donjoy Ultra Sling

Description

Provides immobilization for rotator cuff repairs, capsular shifts, Bankhart repairs, glenohumeral dislocation/subluxation, and soft tissue strains/repairs. This model is a very popular product because of how it keeps the shoulder in a natural resting position to allow for effective healing of the shoulder's soft tissues. The Donjoy UltraSling keeps the shoulder in 10 degrees of abduction away from the body to allow for airflow to the axillary region, and to reduce possible secondary infections.The neck strap is very padded and comfortable for all day use.  The waist pad is removable so that the Donjoy UltraSling can be used as a regular sling as well.

Available Sizes: Measure the distance from the back of your elbow to the base of your index finger (make a fist) for the correct size.

Small: up to 12 1/2" (31.5 cm)
Medium: 12 1/2" to 15 1/2" (31.5-39.5 cm)
Large: 15 1/2" and above (39.5 cm+)
