Nose Clip by Pharmasystems

Description

Nose clip with adjustable, flexible and stretchable head strap for swimming.  Padded nose clip seals out water comfortably

Put nose clip across the nose, to seal nostrils.
If nose clip is too tight, or creates discomfort, flex clip outwards a little at a time until desired amount of pressure is applied to the nose. Refer to diagram A above.
Pull strap over back of the head. If strap is too loose, tie overhand knot in end. Refer to diagram B above.
When nose clip is securely fastened, breathe through mouth normally.
Clean with soap and water after each use.
